ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the letter dated 09-02-2015 in Letter No.B/13/2015-2 issued by the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, opposed to law one without jurisdiction and consequently by setting aside the same declare that the 3rd respondent has no jurisdiction to issue the impugned letter dated 09-022015." At the hearing, Sri T.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri Bingi Venkata Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.MP.No.45395 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
