HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27271 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-00 in Sy.No.74/G and Ac.1-00 in Sy.No.90/14 of Kundapuram Revenue Village, Ghanpur Mandal, Warangal District and his name was reflected in the revenue records till 2013. But in the year 2014, the petitioner's name was deleted from the possessor column and the name of the 4th respondent was entered in respect of Sy.No.74/G to an extent of Ac.1.00 and the name of the 6th respondent was entered in respect of Sy.No.90/14 to an extent of Ac.1.00. With regard to the same, the petitioner made an application dated 25.02.2015 before the respondent authorities requesting to delete the wrong entries of respondent No.4. But the respondent authorities instead of replacing the name of the petitioner by deleting the name of the 4th respondent, entered the name of the 5th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that though the names of the 4th and 6th respondent appeared in the possession column of the revenue records in respect of Sy.No.74/G and Sy.No.90/14 respectively, petitioner made representation only in respect of the land in Sy.No.74/G, which shows that the petitioner wants to mislead the Court.

In view of the above, since the petitioner has not made any application with regard to the land situated in Sy.No.90/14, there cannot be a direction in respect of the same. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 25.02.2016 in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 19-08-2016 dv
