I.A.No.1 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This application is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender before the SHO, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that this Court granted anticipatory bail on 12.11.2025 by imposing certain conditions and one of the condition is that petitioner has to surrender before the SHO, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad within two weeks from the date of order. However, the petitioner could not surrender before the SHO, Narsingi Police Station as he fell sick due to Viral Fever with Hyper-Acidity and that he was advised complete rest from 15.11.2025 to 29.11.2025 and further he could not mobilize sureties as directed by this Court. As such, two weeks time granted by this Court has expired and after securing the sureties, when the petitioner approached the SHO, Narsingi Police Station, they refused to accept the same stating that the time granted by this Court is expired. Hence, prayed to extend the time to surrender the petitioner before the SHO, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances stated in the affidavit this application is allowed and the time granted to petitioner to surrender before the SHO, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad is extended till 10.12.2025.
