Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in incorporating the name of the Petitioner Sangham in Web Land Register pertaining to the Petitioner's building site in Sy.No.324/5 of a total extent of Ac.0.21 cents (equivalent to 1016/5 sq.yards) situated in 6th Block, Seshagirirao Peta, Anaparthi Village & Mandal, East Godavari District pursuant to the application filed by the Petitioner on 03.06.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the Respondents to incorporate the name of the Petitioner in the Web Land Register forthwith in respect of the site of the Petitioner of a total extent of Ac.0.21 cents (equivalent to 1016.5 sq.yards) in Survey No.324/5 in 6th Block, Seshagirirao Peta, Anaparthi Village & Mandal, East Godavari District."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made an application on 03.06.2016 seeking incorporation of the name of the petitioner, who claims to have purchased the said land, but till date no orders are passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner for incorporating his name in the Web Land Register can be considered, in accordance with law, if the nature of the land is not changed.

Having regard to the statements made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Anaparthi (R.4) to consider the representation dated 03.06.2016 made by the petitioner seeking incorporation of his name in Web Land Register in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.21 cents (equivalent to 1016.5 square yards) in Sy.No.324/5 situated in 6th Block, Seshagirirao Peta, Anaparthi Village & Mandal, East Godavari District, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
