CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.29803 of 2016 23.11.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus to the respondents to produce Chekka Veera Venkata Satya Narayana @ Sathibabu @ Sriram @ Naidu, S/o late Sathiraju before this Court and set him free by setting aside the detention order, dated 20.08.2016, of respondent No.2.

At the hearing, Mr.Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the alleged detenu was released during the pendency of the writ petition and that therefore, the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
