Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue appropriate writ or order or orders and more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the acts and deeds and things of the 4th respondent in not implementing the order issued by the 3rd respondent dated 17.06.2016 made in ROR Appeal No.06 of 2016 as illegal, mala fide, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice, and much against to the legal and fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to expeditiously implement the order issued by the 3rd respondent dated 17.06.2016 made in ROR Appeal No.06 of 2016."

The only request made by the counsel for petitioner is for implementation of the order dated 17.06.2016 passed in ROR Appeal No.06 of 2016 by the 3rd respondent directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, to restore the name of the petitioner in occupancy column of Mee-Seva pahani subject to: i) physical possession of the land, ii) calling objections if any regarding the
CPK,J WP_38395_2016 entry of appellant, in the Village and iii) complete the work given in view of High Court Judgment.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that such a request can be considered provided the order is not stayed any by any higher authority.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Chandrugonda Mandal, Khammam District, to implement the order dated 17.06.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent in ROR Appeal No.06 of 2016, if it is not stayed by any higher authority, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) to six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
