THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31586 of 2018 ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015, and that a large number of similar and identical cases have been disposed of directing the authorities to release the seized vehicles in terms of G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015. 2.
The aforesaid submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner are admitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Further, the learned Government Pleader submits that this Writ Petition may be disposed of in similar lines to the order of this Court, dated 09.12.2015, passed in W.P.No.39888 of 2015.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of following the decision of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015, directing the respondent-authorities to consider for release of the seized vehicle. Since the petitioner has already submitted his application to the respondent-authorities, they are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 18.01.2015, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, for release of the seized vehicle within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
