When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri B.Rajeshwar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, that if the petitioner herein comes forward with a representation indicating the lease amount, which he proposes to pay, the authorities will consider the same and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to make appropriate representation before the respondents in the said direction, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, for consideration of the respondents herein, as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
