When the matter was called on 26.10.2015, there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 02-11-2015. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of petitioners. It appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

2. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
