ORDER:

The petitioner is challenging the order of suspension dated 17.01.2017 passed by the Assistant Commissioner and Executive Officer, Sri Mavulamma Ammavari Temple, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District suspending the petitioner temporarily. 2) It is not in dispute that the order passed by the competent authority.

3) Learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that appeal provision is provided against the order impugned in the Writ Petition.

4) This writ petition is filed without exhausting remedy of appeal. No reasons are assigned why appeal provision is not availed.

5) Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to prefer an appeal before the competent authority. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
