Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner in this Writ Petition alleges that she is the owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.1-20 guntas in survey No.273 of Turkayamjal Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same under a registered sale deed and her name was also mutated in the revenue records and Pattadar Passbook and Title Deeds were issued to her. When there was a dispute about the boundaries of the said property, petitioner had approached the 4th respondent to identify boundaries of lands in survey Nos.271, 272 and 273 of the said village and she also filed W.P.No.13365 of 2012 before this Court and the said Writ Petition was disposed of on 03.05.2012 directing the survey authorities to complete the survey within four (04) weeks and furnish copy of said survey report along with necessary copies of maps etc. to the petitioner. Since the said order was not implemented, petitioner had filed the present Writ Petition. 3.
On 14.03.2016, the Government Pleader for Revenue placed before me proceedings dt.05.03.2016 of the 4th respondent addressed to the 5th respondent directing the 5th respondent to request the Mandal Surveyor to restore boundary stones of survey Nos.273 and 274 of Turkayamjal village with the help of tippans as fixed by the Inspector of Survey of his office and also to take police protection if necessary for restoration of boundary stones, if already removed as requested by the petitioner.
So, this Court directed the 5th respondent to take appropriate action within one week from that day and also to avail
police protection, if necessary and do the needful as directed by this Court in its order dt.03.05.2012 in W.P.No.13365 of 2012. 4.
The Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before me report dt.02.04.2016 of the Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, which reads as follows:
"In obedience to the interim directions of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.MP.No.10185 of 2016 in W.P.No.8010 of 2016 dated 14.03.2016, I have issued instructions to the Mandal Surveyor to proceed to Sy.No.273 & 274 of Turkayamjal Village on 11.03.2016 duly taking the assistance of the VRO and VRA, to restore the boundary stones in between the Sy.No.273 & 274 of Turkayamjal Village. Accordingly, the Mandal Surveyor along with the MRO and VRO proceeded to the spot on 11.03.2016 but they were resisted by some of the local people on the ground stating that prior notices shall be issued to all the Pattedars. Accordingly notices were issued to all the concerned Pattedars basing on the reliable entries in the Pahanies duly fixing date on 31.03.2016 at 10.00 A.M.
I have also requested the S.H.O., Vanasthalipuram to extend police aid on 31.03.2016. On 31.03.2016 the Mandal Surveyor along with the MRI, VRO and VRA proceeded to the spot and conducted the survey with the aid of the Tippons and Sketch map issued by the Office of the Assistant Director, Survey & Land Records, Ranga Reddy District and identified the boundary stones between Sy.No.273 & 274 of Turkayamjal Village. The Writ Petitioner also signed on the Panchanama. The Mandal Surveyor has submitted his report along with the Sketch Map.
There is delay occurred on the account of the objections raised by certain local people and finally the boundary stones were restored to the satisfaction of the Writ Petitioner. A copy of the Panchanama furnished to the Writ Petitioner."
5. Since the grievance of the petitioner has thus been addressed, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
