The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentPolice are not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26-03-2018 filed against respondents 4 and 5.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner is being enquired into by the 3rd respondent and appropriate action would be taken after conducting preliminary enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to follow the guidelines laid down in the Apex Court judgment of Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh1, if not already followed and take action on the complaint filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
