THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9300 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner-A6, seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.348 of 2015 on the file of Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 201, 302 and 120(B) r/w.149 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he helped A1 in committing murder of the deceased and he supplied the knives to A1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offences alleged against him and he was falsely implicated in this case and.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed counter opposing this application and submitted that the petitioner is one of the conspirer and he along with another person watched the surrounding area whether any persons are coming at the time of commission of the offence by the other accused and hence, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J July 13, 2016.
