THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2213 of 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt case was filed by the petitioner herein/3rd respondent in writ petition, alleging disobedience of the orders dated 31.01.2014 passed in W.P.No.29638 of 2010.

This Court disposed of the writ petition by order dated 31.01.2014 by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit explanation to the impugned order in the writ petition treating it as a notice under Section 452 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders after considering the explanation of the petitioner. Now it appears that the petitioner in the writ petition submitted an explanation and respondents 1 and 2 have passed orders, which give raise a fresh cause of action for the petitioner herein, if he is aggrieved. It cannot be said that the order of this Court is violated.

In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is dismissed giving liberty to pursue the remedies available to the petitioner/3rd respondent in the writ petition in accordance with law.
