ORAL ORDER:

Petitioners in W P Nos. 13923 and 14202 of 2018 alleged that they were not called for further selection process even though they secured high merit. By order dated 2.5.2018, this Court directed respondents to permit the first petition in W P No. 13923 of 2018/petitioner herein to appear for the main examination scheduled to be held on 14.5.2018, however, her results shall not be declared. Alleging that the results are not announced, this writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondent TSPSC to announce her results of the main examination held on 14.5.2018.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

As noted above, vide order dated 2.5.2018 in WP Nos. 13923 and 14202 of 2018, this Court while permitting the petitioner to appear for the main examination, directed respondents not to declare her results. Since there is specific direction by this Court in W P Nos. 13923 of 2018 not to declare the result of the petitioner herein and the said writ petition is pending consideration, in independent writ petition, no such direction to declare the results, can be granted.
