HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19986 OF 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed appeal No.A/7795/2015 under section 5(B) & 5(5) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent and the same is not being disposed of. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 to 12.
Since it is stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then Status quo obtaining as on today regarding entries in the revenue records, shall be maintained by both the parties.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
