THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.487 OF 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition reads as under: "...............Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.4 not to call the petitioner to Police Station and not to interfere with the civil dispute i.e. directing him to settle/compromise the Civil dispute with the Respondent No.6 which is pending between the petitioner and the Respondent No.5 in O.S.No.19 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional District Judge at Gadavarikhani, Karimnagar District without any authority under law by duly declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in calling the petitioner to Police Station and interfering with the civil dispute i.e. directing him to settle /compromise the civil dispute with the Respondent No.5in O.S.No.19 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional District Judge at Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District at the instance of Respondent No.5 as nothing, but illegal, arbitrary, unjustified and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other.........."

When the matter is called, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 placed on record, the written instructions dated 09.09.2019 issued by the Assistant SubInspector of Police, Gadavarikhani, II Town P.S., Peddapalli District.

A perusal of the written instructions would reveal that respondent No.4 never called the petitioner to the Police Station and never interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. It is also mentioned that the 4th respondent never directed the petitioner to settle/compromise

the civil dispute with respondent No.5, pending consideration in O.S.No.19 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Gadvarikhani, Karimanagar District.

The above said written instructions are made part of record.

Taking the above facts into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
