Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner received a call from the police station and he was informed that the subject vehicle viz. Maruthi Ertiga bearing No.AP 39 UW 5084, would be released subject to withdrawal of the writ petition. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
