HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30837 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to entertain any documents for registration submitted by the respondents 4 and 5 in respect of the properties bearing Municipal Nos.6-3-171 and 63-169 admeasuring sq.yards and sq.yards in Sy.No.101/AA respectively situated at Kattedan Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard both sides.

In the present case, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a civil suit in the appropriate Court for obtaining injunction if she is having any dispute with the official respondents. This Court cannot decide the title of the properties by going into the disputed questions of fact. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under law by way of filing a civil suit in the appropriate Court. No costs.
