HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31652 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in insisting upon the petitioners to pay charges/fees for ratifying the admissions made by the Convenor, SW-III, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri V.Kishore, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent produced letter dated 05.09.2018 wherein the 2nd respondent stated that the candidates admitted under Convener quota of SW-II and SW-III need not pay processing fee for ratification by APSCHE.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that as the petitioners have paid fee for the last three years they want to make application for refund of the said amount. Recording the aforesaid submission of 2nd respondent, writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to make application for refund of the amount and on such application being made, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 10.09.2018
