THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.28173 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Both Sri C.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by the order passed by a Division Bench of Court in W.P.Nos.33059 and 33129 of 2015 dated 08.10.2015 between the very same parties.

Following the said order and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
