Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.443 of 2018 was registered on 09.09.2018, on the file of Police Station, PM Palem, Visakhapatnam City, against unofficial respondents, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 379 read with 120-B IPC and Section 66-C of Information Technology Act, 2000 and investigation was taken up. Recording the above statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
