Heard Sri Mantha Rajendra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents 3 and 4 in not considering the representations made by the petitioner on 21-10-2014 and 18-4-2015 and by issuing the Movement Order dated 30-4-2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also in violation of Office Memorandum dated 06-6-2014 and 17-11-2014 and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to transfer the petitioner and retain him for a period not less than two years in the present place of posting by setting aside the Movement Order dated 30-4-2015.

3. It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the order dated 14-5-2015 in W.P.M.P.No.18699 of 2015 passed by this Court has been complied with. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
