This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under Art.226 of the Constitution of India seeking declaration that the Proceedings No.161-2004-104, dated. 26-02-2014, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of free hold rights in respect of Plot bearing No.18/2, Azamabad Industrial Area, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary; to declare the action of the respondents in not granting free hold rights of the above plot, for conversion into free hold rights to the petitioner in accordance with the Notice No.13/1/2/0028/0028/ID, dated 24.02.2004 as illegal and arbitrary; and for a consequential direction to the respondents to grant free hold rights in favour of the petitioner in accordance with the Azamabad Industrial Area (Termination and Regulation of Leases) Act, 1992, as amended by Act 1 of 2000.

When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as against the order dated 26-02-2014, which is under challenge in the present Writ Petition, an appeal has been preferred by the petitioner herein on 31.01.2015, and the same is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to dispose of the present writ petition by issuing necessary directions to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders in the said appeal by fixing a time frame.

3. In view of the above submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent herein to take appropriate action on the appeal dated 31.01.2015 said to have been preferred by the petitioner herein against the impugned order, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the
