HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.2518 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of the respondents in not protecting the wakf properties, conversions of wakf properties, published in the Gazette namely Dargah Hzt Jalaaluddin Shah Quadri @ Siddi Baba (RH), Attached burial ground, behind Osmania General Hospital, Afzulgunj, Hyderabad, having received the report of the wakf inspector about the illegal activities over the burial ground and petitioner complaints dated 22.01.2010 & 30.01.2010, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner informed that after filing of this writ petition, a case was registered, and the same is also communicated to the petitioner. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
