HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 6145 OF 2015 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the respondent authorities has considered the memo dated 09.01.2015 and made necessary corrections in the revenue records and the writ petition has become infructuous and no cause survives.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners that the present writ petition has become infructuous and no cause survives, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
