This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 05.11.2015 in I.A. No.1371 of 2015 in O.S. No.1 of 2002 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Nizamabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
