THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4475 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the order, dated 19.01.2009, whereunder the petitioner was removed from service from that date. This Court, by order, dated 20.03.2009, suspended the said order, as a result of which, the petitioner continued his service. In the meanwhile, he retired from service on attaining age of superannuation. In view of the same, no further orders necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
