The petitioner has approached the authorities under the Right to Information Act and the 4th respondent has already passed an order on 29-01-2014. Complaining that the said order is not complied with by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. I am, however, not able to see any reason for intervention by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, when the authorities under the Right to Information Act are competent to take appropriate action, if their order is not complied with. Hence, no reasons exist to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
