THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34662 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the party in person and the learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is filed by petitioner to call for the records of petitioner's LL.B. 3rd Semester's results from the 1st respondentUniversity and declare the action of respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 in not furnishing the 3rd Semester's memo for the academic year 2013-14 since June, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. Petitioner does not dispute that previously he had filed W.P.No.31254 of 2014 before this Court challenging the action of 1s t respondent in not declaring the result for the 3rd Semester and that Writ Petition was dismissed on 04-12-2014 on merits.

4. The said order is still subsisting and has not been set aside either in appeal or in a Review Petition. Therefore, since the petitioner is seeking furnishing of 3rd Semester memo, which involves declaration of his result to the 3rd Semester examination, which relief has already been declined in W.P.No.31254 of 2014, the present Writ Petition is barred by the principle of res judicata.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
