This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner impugning the order dated 26.03.2011 passed in I.A. No.266 of 2011 in M.V.O.P. No.374 of 2008 by the VI Additional District Judge-cum-Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Fast Track Court), Rajahmundry, East Godavari District (for short 'the Tribunal'), seeking permission to withdraw his share amount together with interest awarded in M.V.O.P. No.374 of 2008.

2) Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3) As the petitioner is aged about 50 years even as on the date of seeking permission to withdraw the amount and know the money value being an agriculturist, permission can be accorded that too, for the purpose of purchasing agricultural implements to survive his avocation.

4) Accordingly and in the result, the revision is allowed permitting the petitioner to withdraw his share amount together with interest awarded in M.V.O.P. No.374 of 2008 by the Tribunal. No order as to costs.

5) Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Revision, shall stand closed.
