THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22049 OF 2014 O R D E R :

This Court while issuing Notice before admission on 05.08.2014, granted interim order directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land except after issuance of notice.

No counter affidavit is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.0.90 cents in Survey No.142, situated at Konanki Village of Piduguralla Mandal, Guntur District; that the revenue authorities after conducting enquiry under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, have issued Pattadar Pass Books to the petitioner vide Patta No.1092, book No.345832 on 11.06.1995 and that the petitioner is in continuous possession of the land. It is stated that the respondent authorities are trying to evict the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law.

Since interim order granted by this Court on 05.08.2014, is in operation from the year 2014, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 05.08.2014, directing the respondent authorities not to evict the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
