ORDER:
This writ petition is filed alleging that the request of the petitioner for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds is not being considered by the third respondent. Petitioner state that he has filed representation on 30.12.2013 but no action is taken up by the third respondent.
2. It is, however, evident that the petitioner has not applied in accordance with the rules prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Rules, 1989 and merely on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, the request for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds cannot be considered.
3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would make appropriate application in Form VI(A) by complying with the Rules aforesaid and will pay the necessary fees through mee seva. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to apply under the prescribed proforma, the writ petition is disposed of and as and when appropriate application is filed, the third respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
