This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.362 of 2017 of Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 27.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and C.C.No.1827 of 2017 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
