HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1980 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7122 of 2007 dated 14.08.2014. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows: "Since the grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent was not taking any action to submit the report to respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to submit the required report as directed by the 2nd respondent on 13.11.2006 and as required by the 1st respondent vide letter dated 26.10.2006 addressed to the 2nd respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of such report of the 3rd respondent, respondents 1 and 2 shall take appropriate decision on the grievance of the petitioner within three months."

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 30.11.2016 passed by the 1st respondent stating that there are no dues from the Corporation. 3.

In the circumstances, no further orders are necessary in the present Contempt Case. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the 1st respondent, it is open to her to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
