This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the inordinate delay in disposing of the Interlocutory Application vide I.A.No.648 of 2021 in O.S.No.576 of 2021 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District at Choutuppal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application has been filed in the month of August, 2021. However, the lower court has not considered and has not disposed of the application till date. 3.

On issuance of notice, the respondents have appeared through their counsel. According to him, the application filed by the petitioner is not maintainable.

However, this Court finds that the lower court has neither returned the application nor considered the same on merits and has not passed any orders in I.A.No.648 of 2021. Therefore, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the Junior Civil Judge, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District to

consider and pass orders in I.A.No.648 of 2021 within a period of one

(01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
