ORDER:

Petitioner states that as per the liberty granted by a Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.863 of 2015 dated 15.09.2015, he preferred a revision, being D1/5124/15, dated 03.10.2015, which is pending before the second respondent, along with an interlocutory application seeking stay.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the second respondent has called for the records from the lower authorities on 11.12.2015, no date of hearing is as yet notified. Hence, petitioner submits that interim relief is essential for him and requests for appropriate direction for consideration of the said revision.

3. In the circumstances, since the Division Bench in the order, referred to above, has already expressed hope and trust that the concerned authority shall deal with the revision and application for interim orders on merits in accordance with law, I deem it appropriate to direct the second respondent to fix an early date for hearing the revision petition after notice to all the parties and pass appropriate orders at least to the extent of stay petition and thereafter, hear and dispose of the revision petition expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
