Heard learnerl counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Governmerrt Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.11.2022 made against respondent Nos.S to 7. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has submitted written instructions stating that upon receipt of complaint from the petitioner on 24.11.2022 by the Station House Officer, SR Nagar Police Station, General Diary (GD) entry was made and on enquiry, it is revealed that there is a civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Thereby, the complaint was closed as 'Civil in Nature' on 24.II.2O22 ar,d the same was also intimated to the petitioner. 4.

On perusal of the material available on record, it seems that the complaint was closed on the same day when the intimation was given to the petitioner.

5. In vier,r, of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the

) appropriate legal remedy, if he is so aggrieved with the closure report.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
