HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.6163 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C'), to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by II Additional Sessions Judge Court, Nalgonda at Suryapet (FAC VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda) dt. 27.05.2015 in Crl. M.P. No.226 of 2015 in Crl. A. No.59 of 2015 by deleting the clause of "to deposit 20% of amount awarded by the trial Court".

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the material on record.

Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I see no grounds to relax the condition imposed by II Additional Sessions Judge Court, Nalgonda at Suryapet (FAC VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda) dt. 27.05.2015 in Crl. M.P. No.226 of 2015 in Crl. A. No.59 of 2015. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sessions Judge has imposed the said condition, which do not warrants interference by this Court.

4. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
