Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. 3.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in criminal revision case shall stand closed.
