HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1381 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in Cr.No.266 of 2016 of P.S. Town IV Nizambad, for the offences u/sec.448, 427 and 386 IPC, on the complaint of the 2nd respondent/defacto-complainant.

The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the police filed final report of the crime supra that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate allotting C.C.No.535 of 2017.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioners to impugn said police final report by filing fresh petition with chargesheet and part-II C.D. material.
