Both learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondents agree that the subject matter of these Writ Petitions are covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 & batch dated 31.03.2015.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
