HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18704 of 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in not granting the affiliation for the academic year 2013-14 to start D.E1.Ed (D.E.D) Course as arbitrary and illegal.

This Court on 02.07.2013, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.22869 of 2013, to the respondents to reconsider the application of the petitioners. Since the relief which was sought for the academic year 2013-14, virtually stands granted, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
