THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.220 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1157 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional District Judge, Family Court at Vijayawada, and transfer the same to the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of fresh application. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
