HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.238 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 CPC challenging the orders dated 21.09.2016 in I.A.No.1085 of 2016 in O.S.No.1997 of 2016 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the appellant is to direct the lower Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.1997 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
