HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.40762 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to issue original MD certificates to the petitioners, even though they had successfully completed the MD course in the year 2015 from the 4th respondent-College as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri Tadi Nageshwar Rao, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent and the Government Pleader for Medical & Health appearing for respondents 1 & 3, contended that in similar circumstances a reasoned order has been passed by this Court on 20.06.2014 in W.P.No.16313 of 2014 to forthwith release the original MD certificates to the petitioners therein.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to forthwith release the original Certificates of MD to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
