This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.675 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506 and 509 of IPC.

The second respondent in the open court submitted that she wants some time to compromise the matter with the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the second respondent, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
