OFFICE NOTE 05.12.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.2 of 2025 This Interlocutory Application is filed to modify conditions by this Court in the order dated 14.11.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.14211 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 14.11.2025 allowed Crl.P.Nos.14195 and 14211 of 2025 and directed the petitioner to comply the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition No.i i.e., The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in the respective criminal petitions shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) each with two sureties, for the like sum each. He further submitted that the petitioner is the resident of Jharkhand, therefore, cannot afford to furnish the local sureties and prayed the Court to modify the said

condition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the common order with respect to the petitioner/accused in Crl.P.No.14211 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025, passed in Crl.P.Nos.14195 and 14211 of 2025. It is now modified to read as follows: "The petitioner/accused No.1 in Crl.P.No.14211 of 2025 shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with two sureties, including one local surety, for the like sum each.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
