It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by Common Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench in WA Nos.171 of 2006 & batch dated 17.11.2014 and same is not disputed by Sri K.Jyothi Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent University.

In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of Common Judgment dated 17.11.2014 in W.A.Nos.171 of 2006 & batch.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
