THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14196 of 2025 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.2 seeking reduction of the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, or any reasonable amount, and for relaxation of Condition No. (ii) imposed in the order dated 30.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13913 of 2025, which reads as follows:

"ii. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m.

every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required."

Heard Sri P. Manoj, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by order dated 30.10.2025 in Crl.P.No.13913 of 2025, subject to certain conditions. The petitioner has been complying with those conditions and regularly appearing before the Investigating Officer. It is further submitted that the crime pertains to the year 2022 and the charge sheet has already been filed. The petitioner is financially distressed and

SKS,J Crl.P.No.14196 of 2025 unable to furnish the surety amount as originally directed. Hence, prayed the Court to relax of the conditions.

Upon consideration of the submissions made and on perusal of the material available on record, the condition No.ii imposed in Crl.P.No.13913 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned IX Judicial First Class Magistrate at Medchal.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
